Why Disney Transportation is the Better Option for a Stress-Free Vacation

One of the best things about Disney transportation is that it’s free. Renting a car can be expensive, especially when you factor in the cost of gas, parking fees, and other associated costs. With Disney transportation, however, all you need to do is show up at the assigned location at your Disney hotel and hop on the bus, boat, or monorail for free. This makes it a great option for those who want to save money or don’t have a car.
Disney transportation drivers also know the way, including back ways into the parks. Disney’s transportation system is designed to get you to where you need to go quickly and efficiently. The drivers are knowledgeable about all of the Disney Parks and Resorts, as well as the surrounding area, so you don’t have to worry about getting lost or taking wrong turns. This makes it a great option for those who don’t want the hassle of navigating unfamiliar roads and highways.
While traveling this past trip, I noticed that we did not go through the main gates for several of the parks. And we were able to skip the monorails for Magic Kingdom and Epcot. We were dropped off right at the front!
Depending on which hotel you stay at does determine the order in which your bus picks you up from the park. Because we were at the All Star Resorts, which are the more budget friendly hotels, our bus was usually a bit further away. But on the day we were leaving and the monorails were down, our line to the bus was WAY shorter than those trying to leave in the subsitute option.
Finally, Disney transportation can provide entertainment. Disney buses and boats are equipped with music, so you can sit back and relax while you’re being transported to your destination. But even better than that, some of our drivers were acting like tour guides or cracking jokes. It was like we were on a ride! This adds an extra element of fun to your Disney vacation, and it’s a great way to pass the time while you’re on the go.
